All returns/exchanges must be made within 30 days for online purchases.

Merchandise to be returned/exchanged must be unused.

Customer must have a copy of receipt for all returns and exchanges.

Refunds will be credited in the same form as they were paid.

Original shipping/handling fees for all returns/exchanges are not refundable.

All in stock items will be shipped within 3 days of order.  Notification of out of stock items will be sent to customer and must be reordered.

Shipping/handling fees for returns/exchanges are the responsibility of the customer.

All orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS).
Shipping charges are based on current United Parcel Service (UPS) costs.

Cancellation policy – To cancel an order you have placed with the Valley Animal Center, you must contact customer service support by email info@valleyanimal.org.

Every effort will be made to accommodate the cancellation of your order as long as it has not yet shipped.  When contacting customer service support to cancel an order, please provide your name, order number and your contact information.

Please note that if the item has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.  In this case, you can request to return the item for a refund (minus shipping costs).
