All returns/exchanges must be

returned/exchanged must be

Refunds will be credited in the

Original shipping/handling fees

United Parcel Service (UPS).
Shipping charges are based on
current United Parcel Service
(UPS) costs.
Cancellation policy – To cancel
an order you have placed with
the Valley Animal Center, you
must contact customer service
support by email
info@valleyanimal.org.
Every effort will be made to
accommodate the cancellation of
your order as long as it has not
yet shipped. When contacting
customer service support to
cancel an order, please provide
your name, order number and your
contact information.
Please note that if the item has
shipped, the order cannot
be canceled. In this case, you
can request to return the item
for a refund (minus shipping
costs). |
